Welcome to Pride Outside
We work in partnership with organisations to help them be more LGBTQ+ inclusive through our Training and Consultancy programmes. We love working with organisations who are as passionate about inclusion as we are, and who want to make a real difference in the world. We are proud to be an award-winning social enterprise, and reinvest our profits into our LGBTQ+ Wellbeing Programme, which includes our annual Pride Outside Wellbeing Festival. Pride Outside was founded in 2020 by LGBTQ+ couple Lou (she/her) and Ellis (they/them).

We know flexibility and accessibility is important, so we offer our accredited LGBTQ+ diversity training sessions in person, online and through e-learning.
Wellbeing Events
Our profits from our LGBTQ+ Learning programmes fund our online and in-person LGBTQ+ wellbeing events, making them free and accessible to all.
