LGBTQ+ Diversity and Inclusion Training
We help organisations feel proud
Did you know that 46% of workers still hide their sexuality or gender identity in the workplace due to fear or discrimination?
53% of workers have reported hearing jokes about lesbians or gay people on a regular basis.
Research shows that LGBTQ+ organisations are both happier and healthier places to work and as a result are more successful too!
We offer 3 types of training solutions:
Live Training Courses
We provide LGBTQ+ Inclusion training and Gender Diversity training for organisations. These can be delivered online or in person, and can be a Learning Lunch (1hr) or for a half day (3hrs).

Consultancy, Coaching & Speaking
We have worked with national organisations to ensure their policies and procedures are LGBTQ+ inclusive, and we have delivered specialist safety training to LGBTQ+ activitist groups around the world. We also offer annual consultancy packages that provide specialist LGBTQ+ support all year round.
We are experienced keynote speakers and regularly speak on panels about LGBTQ+ inclusion, diversity and equality, including trans and non binary inclusion.

Who we've trained and what they've said...
"I am in awe of Lou and Ellis's work and how generously they have shared their personal experiences and deep knowledge during this e-learning. It was more than a course; it was a powerful, engaging history lesson, a compassionate brave place to reflect and explore, and a toolkit with absolutely everything you need to be informed, up-to-date, and supportive of the LGBTQ+ community."
"Ellis and Lou set the tone for the session by considering wellbeing and creating a safe space for participants to ask questions. The activities were engaging with quizzes, group discussions and scenarios. Everyone had learning and actions to take away to become better allies, and advocates for the LGBTQ* community."
"A thoroughly enjoyable, informative and beautifully delivered workshop for our organisations staff group, this has given our team the information and confidence to ensure the LGBTQ+ community feel welcome and included in all our activities."
"With an increasing number of gender diverse clients coming into our counselling service, I wanted to make sure all counsellors were appropriately well-informed. The workshop was informative, insightful and eye-opening and an excellent balance of invaluable information-giving, allowing participants to reflect on their own gender identity and providing an understanding of how to work with clients therapeutically. I would strongly recommend this training to all counsellors!"
